IT recruiting for companies in Verderio
Companies in Verderio and across Lombardy can turn to us when roles stay open for months and CVs never reach the required level. We come on site for the activities that need it and, on long-running projects, we rely on local partners and collaborators. We also operate in Robbiate, Cornate d'Adda and Bernareggio.
Companies across Lombardy
The economy of Lombardy runs on manufacturing, logistics and business services: companies with processes already in place, real constraints and little time for presentations. IT recruiting here means starting from what exists, not from a blank page.
How we start
- 1
First call
The first introductory call is free: it is there to understand the situation, the constraints and whether we can help.
- 2
Analysis and proposal
We look at systems and processes, then put scope, timeline and cost in writing.
- 3
Kick-off
We start with one contact person, visible progress and no surprises on the invoice.
Frequently asked questions
IT recruiting: do you also work with small companies in Verderio?
Yes. The size of the project changes, the way we work does not: clear goals, stated timelines and one contact person.
Do you come on site in Verderio?
Yes, for the activities that need it: kick-off, surveys and work that cannot be done at a distance. The rest we handle remotely.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. After the first analysis, which is free, we put timeline and cost in writing before starting.
