1. Cookies and other tracking tools
What they are
Cookies are small text files that a site stores in your browser. Similar tools use the browser's local storage or requests to third-party servers to recognize the browser or measure visits. Under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the guidelines of the Garante on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021, technical tools do not require your consent. The statistics and marketing tools of this site are activated only if you consent.
The banner
On your first visit the banner offers you three choices: “Accept all”; “Accept necessary”, which activates only the strictly necessary tools; “Manage preferences”, to choose category by category. The optional categories start off and stay off until you turn them on. You can use the site without answering the banner, and even if you refuse everything.

Brevo Conversations (Sendinblue SAS, France)
The chat of the site. The widget loads only when you open the chat with the button in the bottom right corner. From then on it stores a random identifier in the browser's local storage, to keep the conversation going as you move from page to page (or cookies, if local storage is not available), and tells Brevo the page you write from, the page you came from and the language of the browser. It is a technical tool, necessary to provide the service you asked for, and does not require consent.

They are activated only if you accept the “Statistics” category in the banner.
Rely Platform (RelyBytes S.r.l., Italy)
The visit statistics of our management platform: a script records the page visited, the language of the browser, the page you came from and the type of device, mobile or desktop. It records the visit without your IP address and without identifiers of your browser.
It stores no cookies or other data in the browser.
Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland)
Loads Google Analytics 4 and the LinkedIn tools described in this section. It is activated if you accept statistics or marketing, and activates only the tools of the categories you accepted.

Statistics on the pages visited and on the interactions with the site.

LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Ireland)
Records the visits to the site and when you press the submit button of a form, to measure our campaigns on LinkedIn and show relevant ads. LinkedIn may link this data to your LinkedIn account, if you have one, under its own policy.

Apollo.io (ZenLeads, Inc., United States)
A lead generation tool for companies. It stores a random identifier in the browser's local storage and sends Apollo.io the pages you visit, the page you came from and the campaign parameters in the address (utm). Apollo.io uses this data to identify the company and also the person visiting the site: for this purpose it may load the LiveIntent service described below. Apollo.io shows us the companies, and in some cases the people, who visited the site.

LiveIntent (LiveIntent, Inc., United States)
Loaded by Apollo.io, it matches the visit to an email address in pseudonymized form (hash), which Apollo.io uses to recognize the person visiting the site. It also uses its own cookies and identifiers, described in its policy.

How to change your choices
You can change your mind or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, or with the button below.
When you withdraw a category, the site reloads the page, so that the tools already running stop, and deletes the cookies they stored under the relybytes.com domain, such as those of Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*), and the data Apollo.io and LiveIntent stored in the browser's local storage.
Other data, such as cookies stored by third-party domains (for example LinkedIn's) and LiveIntent's own cookies and identifiers, can only be deleted from the browser settings. From the same settings you can block or delete cookies and site data at any time.
